Saint Patrick, the Irish Legend

Television movie about Saint Patrick, the Briton who converted the Irish to Christianity. The story follows Patrick from his boyhood home in west Britain, where he is captured by Irish raiders at the age of 16. He spends six years in slavery in Ireland before a vision leads him to a boat which takes him back to Britain. After 30 years, he returns to Ireland to take Christianity to the pagans. Based on "Confession," Patrick's 5th century autobiographical writings.
