On the Road: A True Rock-n-Roll Road Story

Reality series in which eight contestants are given the chance to compete for a job at Lava Records in New York City, an inroad to the music industry which involves literally going on the road with rockers Sugar Ray. Contestants are given all access passes to use as employees on a nationwide tour, during which they share a tour bus, and put onto teams which must perform music industry tasks in order to stay on the tour. Those that don't make the cut on the road will be sent home until one contestant remains.
