Original Survivor winner Richard Hatch is a loser in court who is headed back to jail on Monday.

Hatch has been ordered to serve another nine months in federal prison for tax evasion. He spent more than three years in jail for dodging Uncle Sam starting in 2006. The taxes in question include the $1 million prize he won on CBS’ inaugural season of Survivor.

The infamous schemer is already making enemies on the new season of Celebrity Apprentice, where he battled David Cassidy in Donald Trump’s board room after losing the first challenge. Cassidy was eliminated.

Since Celebrity Apprentice is not aired live until the finale on May 22, Hatch’s jailing won’t affect the show — unless he ends up in the final two.
