Synopsis:
A satire of the venerable TV sci-fi/suspense anthology genre (of which "The Twilight Zone" is the most obvious example), featuring stars of the "SCTV" comedy series. The first episode, "All's Well That Ends Strange," deals with a second-rate lounge singer whose wish to meet a girlie magazine publisher comes true. However, he discovers that the girl of his dreams isn't everything she appears to be. In the second episode, "Cursed With Charisma," a stranger arrives in a boring town and stirs up a real estate frenzy. The buying and selling comes to a sudden halt when two aliens arrive in town. "I'll Die Loving" deals with a woman who has the power to destroy any man she loves. She tries to lose the curse by loving the most unlovable man she can find, but the cure may be more dangerous than the disease.
