The remaining designers are put to the test when they learn that they will be designing a three piece outfit for Macy's INC line. The designers are put into groups of three and have only $100 to create their outfit. The runway is judged by Macy's VP of Sportswear and Bonnie's team's outfit is deemed the worst and she is eliminated. Keith is disqualified from the competition after he is found to have violated a number of the rules governing the show.
