Discovery Channel will honor Billy Mays with a marathon of Pitchmen episodes on July 1.
In addition, a special tribute show is being planned for Mays, who died in his sleep over the weekend at age 50. His wife found him dead Sunday morning in their Tampa Bay home.
Mays starred in the Discovery Channel show Pitchmen, which premiered in April. No decision has been made regarding season two of the show.
An all-day marathon of episodes will begin July 1 at 11 a.m., culminating in the never-been-seen season finale at 10 p.m.
Meantime, reports have surfaced that Mays hit his head during a rough landing on a US Airways flight on Saturday.
