Party Heat: Texas Black Out

Tonight, in the first installment of "Texas Blow Out," officers in Texas maintain the order of Spring Breakers. First, a man is stopped after he gets caught driving down the coast line. Then, a group of young males are forced to pour out their beers, or be detained. Next, a man, after being handcuffed, eludes officers and heads for the ocean. Finally, a woman with one arm gives police a run for their money, a nude party gets shut down and underage drinkers find themselves under arrest.
