One Tree Hill: All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone

Haley and Karen deliver their babies at the same time. Karen's is a little more complicated and, in fact, her life is put in jeopardy. She has a vision of Keith, who tells her to go back and raise her child and live her life. Karen regains consciousness and learns that Dan has confessed to killing Keith. Meanwhile, Haley and Nathan adjust to being parents; Mouth confronts Shelley and kisses Brooke; Whitey gives Nathan a second chance at his hoop dreams by giving him a scholarship to the local college for which he's now coaching and asks Lucas to be his assistant coach; Peyton goes to LA for a summer internship; and, the gang says goodbye to each other, but Lucas tells them with confidence that they will all be back in Tree Hill in the near future.
