As Sipowicz lies in the hospital recovering from a number of gunshot wounds, Kelly continues to put pressure on Marino's business; a resident at Kelly's old apartment building is mugged and starts carrying a gun for protection, against Kelly's advisement; Licalsi refuses to take the hit on Kelly and kills Marino instead.
