Synopsis:
A police series set in the 15th Precinct in New York City. Focuses on the cops' struggles to sustain a sense of humanity in the face of the chaos of their jobs and the fragility of their private lives. Detective Andy Sipowicz, a widower raising his elementary-school-aged son, faces a new phase of his life as he prepares to marry his beautiful colleague, Detective Connie McDowell. Sipowicz's partner, Detective John Clark, Jr., suffers from the recent trauma of his father's suicide.
