Synopsis:
Don and his team are called in to help a veteran FBI agent track down a con man who has eluded him for years. Also, Agent McGowan hands down his decision not to reinstate Charlie's security clearance and recommends suspension for Don. His decision is overruled by his superiors and Charlie is reinstated. Meanwhile, Alan is upset over the city's plan to develop on the land where he constructed a park.
