Synopsis:
The team investigates a pattern of increased ATM kidnappings when a woman who was abducted and forced to withdraw random amounts of money from her ATM is murdered. Nikki gets in trouble with Don for waiting too long to call in backup. Also, Charlie meets the man who will decide the fate of his FBI security clearance.
