The FBI is brought in when there is a shooting in a restaurant in Chinatown. They learn that the shootings may be related to the disappearance of an undercover agent. As they investigate they learn that someone has been murdering women to be brides to deceased unmarried men. Samuel Kraft also returns to help with the case.
