Synopsis:
Sean's 40th birthday approaches, which has him wondering whether or not his life is beginning a downward slope or just starting to take flight. He must be honest with Christian when the onset of palsy in his hand worsens, possibly to the detriment of his career. Though Wilbur is not his own son, Christian decides to take care of him and looks at the experience as being a good influence on his own life and the life of Wilbur, offering Wilbur a childhood unlike the one he had with his own father. Meanwhile, Julia's mother arrives for a visit and requests that Sean perform a face lift on her, which troubles Julia and makes her question her own appearance.
