Synopsis:
Christian must use his sexual penchant to appease a loyal female client who has had a surigcal tool accidentally left inside her. Grace and Sean must deal with a volatile patient named Nanette who wants plenty of work done before a big high school reunion. Meanwhile, Sean and Julia are upset upon learning that Matt has tried to solve his own circumcision problems, and, in order to prevent further such incidents and forge a relationship with him, Sean agrees to give Matt a circumcision. Julia is also ordered by police to attend anger management after flushing a gerbil down a toilet.
