Synopsis:
Christian and Sean find their lives and business being further ravaged by Escobar Gallardo's drug-trafficking business, as they must perform more and more illegal surgical procedures. The long hours have now put a panic into Julia as she even begins to question Sean's fidelity. Furthermore, Dr. Bobbolit is turning the heat on their practice with his own marketing blitz. Meanwhile, Matt continues to anguish over his car accident with Cara Fitzgerald, while Gina's impending birth casts more doubts over whether Christian's ready to be a dad.
