Did the swine flu get to Nicole Richie? Nope, her rep says it’s just a case of pneumonia.

Last week, rumors flew around the Internet that the new mom — who gave birth to son Sparrow in September — had come down with swine flu. At least that’s more interesting than the usual “exhaustion.”

Richie herself tweeted recently that she was fighting a cold: “ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.”

The reality star-turned-jewelry designer was a no-show at the Nov. 10 launch of her jewelry line at Bebe.
