Synopsis:
When Gibbs agrees to help the childhood friend of his daughter, who died 15 years ago, he finds himself struggling to remain professional as the case brings up personal and painful memories. When the young woman is kidnapped, Gibbs puts his life in danger as he tries to rescue her and they both end up stuck in a car underwater. Tony comes to the rescue and pulls them out just in time.
