Synopsis:
When a high-tech naval radar goes missing, the NCIS team stakes out a warehouse to catch a suspected thief - but witnesses a murder instead. Meanwhile, Ducky has Abby run some blood work from an unknown source, but when she tells Gibbs, he figures out that Ducky is covering for the director.
