Synopsis:
Earl has everything, a GED, job, new apartment, new love interest and finally, he feels like an adult. The only thing that can stop Earl now, is Earl. Joy on the other hand, plans on leaving her future in the hands of the law. Earl commits the ultimate good deed to help Joy, but ends up sacrificing everything. It all comes down to the trial and Earl's shocking testimony.
