A late newscast reminds Earl of number 29 on his list - "Harassed a Reporter." As Earl and Randy work to cross it off of Earl’s list, Randy realizes that after years of being in his brother’s shadow he has had enough. In trying to separate himself from his brother, Randy realizes the true power of both karma and the media.
