Synopsis:
Some of the most dangerous shoot outs, exposed pedestrians and even more unseen footage. First, an intoxicated driver refuses to take a sobriety test, then ends up in a fist fight with the officer, until the officer hits him with a few thousands volts of electricity. Next, a myriad of fights break out during "Mardi Gras," leaving one woman badly beaten and a group of thugs behind bars. Finally, a Florida DMV becomes a driveway, when an elderly woman drives straight through the side wall, nearly killing almost 20 people.
