Synopsis:
A high-speed chase leaves a group of criminals home free, and a squad car inside a building. Next, Police chase a bagel truck through residential areas, until the driver stops and begins backing up into their squad car. Then, a group putting chains on their tires gets side swiped by a drunken driver.
