Set in Los Angeles, series portrays Moesha, an African-American teenager, her middle-class family and her group of friends. In the fifth season, Moesha has decided to work at Vibe magazine instead of going to college, but her plans change abruptly when she is fired. But it's too late to get a dorm room and she is forced to live at home -- which is even more crowded with the arrival of Frank's 16-year-old nephew, Dorian.
