Synopsis:
Dr. Stangel tells the guys to do one act apiece that is completely unselfish. Doug tutors a young kid, but ends up weirding him out with his finely-honed tics, while Kyle hooks up with a plus-size woman and ends up on the receiving end of her sense of charitable hook-ups. Meanwhile, Tim falls in love with a woman working to help starvation in the world, but finds himself torn and unable to let her go abroad to pursue her work.
