Every so often, we see a new reality show that seems to set a new standard, and I don't mean this in a positive way. Million Dollar Listing is such a series (and I know it's not new, but I completely missed it in its original incarnation). One guy, Madison, comes across as almost normal, if awfully pretty, to be taken seriously as a guy with responsibility for making major sales. But Chad has a haircut that would have gotten him thrown out of the cast of Freaks and Geeks, and Josh is the epitome of the sort of guy around whom you never lose sight of your wallet.

On tonight's installment (Bravo, 10 PM), Madison prepares to sell his own home. If it were one of the other guys, I'd say they had a fool for a client, but Madison is reasonably tolerable. Also, Josh and Chad each have problem clients: Josh's is a high-strung doctor, and Chad's is a widow who wants a Malibu home. We don't get too many chances to feel superior to the rich and young, so this series could be providing us with a nice morale boost for the next several weeks.

Olympics Highlights: On the NBC primetime show (8 PM), the U.S. looks for big track efforts from its women tonight, with multiple medals possible in both the 110M hurdles and 400M race. BMX cycling is new to the games and will get a spotlight. China should have its way with the men's springboard diving. It's the last night of apparatus competition for gymnastics, with Johnson and Liukin looking to add to their jewelry collections. Events of interest overnight include the USA/Japan softball semifinal (CNBC, midnight) and the first ever women's open water swim (USA, 2 AM).

The Secret Life of the American Teenager (ABC Family, 8 PM): Adrian forms an unlikely friendship with Grace, and wants everyone to know about it; Amy's initial reluctance to tell her grandmother she was pregnant is now moot, as Grandma arrives to lend a helping hand. Next time lend her a helping condom.

Big Brother 10 (CBS, 9 PM): Renny is the new Head of Household, which means anyone wanting to stay out of trouble has to recall what it was like to appeal to Mom. Unless you're Jerry, in which case you're appealing to your daughter not to put you in the home.

Eureka (SciFi, 9 PM): Carter senses that he is reliving the same day over and over, and deals with a visit from his zany sister. The sister is played by Ever Carradine, now entering her second decade as one of TV's most reliable go-to ditzes.

Making the Band 4 (MTV, 9 PM): Color me surprised that the made-for-MTV act Danity Kane not only came out with a second album, but it seems to be doing better than the first one. The series that spawned them returns as the girls and the show's most recent alumni, Day 26, go on tour together. As long as the guy who cues their pre-recorded tapes shows up, I'm sure the concerts will go just fine.

Baldwin Hills (BET, 10 PM): The reality soap that reminds us that there are people in southern California with darker skin than Audrina Patridge ends its season tonight, with Staci revealing that she has a blessed event in her future, Gerren preparing for the unveiling of her movie, and Justin planning to reunite with his father.

Evolve (History, 10 PM): A look at a subject we all care about, the evolution of sex. Included is a report on how dinosaurs likely mated (I'm guessing "safe words" were especially important here), and animals that have odd mating schedules today. The episode also examines if humans might one day evolve beyond sex. In this respect at least, I am a man ahead of my times.

Secret Lives of Women (WE, 10 PM): The theme this week: women with unusual belief systems. A former gang member counsels others who are in the lifestyle, a vegan works to make changes in the wider society, and a Hare Krishna deals with the demands of her faith, which include lengthy chanting.

The Cleaner (A&E, 10 PM): A teenager asks for William's help with his father, who William originally helped send to prison and is now out and using meth again. This latest project forces William to examine his concerns about his relationship with his own son.

Kick Ass Miracles (Travel, 11 PM and 11:30 PM): What kind of title is this? Would you ever say that turning water into wine "kicks ass?" (Even if it really does, to be honest?) Host Chris Crudelli examines the physical extremes people go through in order to get closer to their chosen deity. All I know is that if I'm going to live in a cave for 50 years, there had better be eternal life at the end of it. Or a free copy of the Sopranos deluxe DVD set.
