Synopsis:
The team gets information from the French government that a prisoner might be coordinating a terrorist attack from his cell. In order to flush out his co-conspirators, they get the government to release the man. While tracking him, though, they discover that he is neither the man they thought he was nor a mastermind behind a terrorist attack, but instead a man being used as a pawn to carry out an assassination, target unknown.
