Synopsis:
Comedy series about Maggie Day, a loyal wife and dedicated mother, who is studying to be a veterinarian. Maggie is on the brink of 40 and a mid-life crisis. She feels her cardiologist husband Art cares more about his career than their relationship. Her daughter Amanda is 17 and spends every moment with her artist wannabe boyfriend. Maggie is driven into analysis when she meets sexy vet Richard and begins to daydream about actor Jack Wagner of "Melrose Place."
