Synopsis:
Inspired by a true story about a New Yorker who is sent to medical school in Italy courtesy of the mafia, with whom he struck a deal to save his father. Upon his graduation and return to the States he is expected to serve the mob as their doctor going against his pledge to the Hippocratic Oath: first do no harm.
