Synopsis:
Lane announces that two executives from London will arrive the following day, coincidentally Joan's last at Sterling Cooper. Everyone will have to work on July 3rd, originally a holiday. Cooper's speculation that Don will be offered a position in London turns out to be wildly false, as it is revealed that Lane will be the one moving - to India. Sally has problems with new baby Gene. Greg tells Joan that he did not get the surgery position so she will need to keep working. Guy unveils a chart detailing the agency's "slight" reorganization. He will head a triumvirate that also includes Don and Cooper. Don meets with Conrad Hilton. At Joan's party, a tipsy Smitty takes Ken’s John Deere mower for a spin but Lois runs over Guy's foot.
