Synopsis:
Don is still at a hotel. He reads the news that Marilyn Monroe has died. Freddy passes out right before a dress rehearsal and Pete asks Peggy to step in. Don tells Betty if she wants to break up he's not going to try to stop her. Roger wants to fire Freddy, but Don disagrees. Carla tries to give Betty marital advice. Roger breaks the news to Freddy that they are letting him go. Roger tries to talk to Don about his marriage, but Don isn't ready to talk. Don promotes Peggy to Freddy's position and asks Roger to move Jane off of his desk.
