Synopsis:
Don Draper, an ad-man for Sterling Cooper struggles to stay ahead of the rapidly changing times. Don talks to Midge about the trade commission's plan to strike down tobacco health claims, but she is only interested in seducing him, and she succeeds. Don wants to marry Midge. Joan fills Peggy in on what she needs to do to succeed as a secretary. Don gives Pete some advice on their way to meet with a Jewish owned department store. They meet with David Coen and Rachel Menken. Then they join Roger Sterling to welcome the Lucky Strike family. The Lucky Strike men start to walk out on Don's ad pitch, but as they are leaving Don is inspired and saves the pitch. Don tries to make up with Rachel. Pete shows up at Peggy's after the bachelor party and she lets him in.
