A comedy series about a young married couple living in Manhattan. Paul and Jamie Buchman try to sustain marital bliss, while dealing with life's hurdles which include Paul's struggling career as a documentary filmmaker and Jamie's challenge of balancing her career and new pregnancy. Also in the Buchman's lives are Jamie's luckless and sardonic sister Lisa, her best friend Fran, Paul's smug cousin Ira and their dog Murray.
