Lost: Namaste

Back on Ajira 316, Lapidus is concerned with the turbulence. There is a flash of light and suddenly it is daytime and they are about to crash onto the Island. He lands on the secondary Island's runway. His co-pilot dies in the crash. Lapidus heads to the back of the plane to find that all the Oceanic 6 have disappeared, except for Sun. Ben is also there. Flash to thirty years earlier, when Sawyer and Jin are reconnecting with Kate, Jack, and Hurley. Saywer explains why they are wearing DHARMA jumpsuits and that it is 1977. Sawyer tries to come up with a plan to bring them safely in, but when Jin hears that Sun was also on the plane, he speeds off to the Flame station. Radzinsky is there, building a model of the future Swan station. Jin asks if there have been any plane sightings. Radzinsky checks with the other stations and finds that there hasn't. Suddenly, a radar blip signals that a Hostile has entered the perimeter. Jin races to where the signal was, and finds Sayid. Jin must pretend that Sayid is a Hostile to save him. Sawyer and Juliet come up with a plan to pretend that their friends are new DHARMA recruits that arrived on the submarine. Juliet takes the passenger manifest from Amy, who is holding her new baby. Amy has named her baby Ethan. Sawyer tells Jack, Kate, and Hurley about the plan. He brings them to initiation and DHARMA processing. They receive jobs and pose for a group picture. Miles arrives, surprised to see everyone. He tells Sawyer a Hostile has been captured. Jin gets on the walkie talkie and tells him it is Sayid. Sawyer drives over and interrogates Sayid, coercing him into admitting he is a Hostile in front of Radzinsky, so that as part of the Truce he won't get killed. Later that night, Jack visits Sawyer's home and asks him what the plan is. Sawyer tells Jack that he will take care of everything. A young boy brings a sandwich to Sayid, who is locked in a cell. He introduces himself as Ben. Meanwhile, after the plane crash, passengers Caesar and Ilana are trying to take control of the situation. Ben sneaks away. Sun and Lapidus follow him. Ben asks if they want to go with him on one of the canoes to the main Island. When they get to the canoe, Sun knocks Ben unconscious with a paddle. When they get to the main Island, they see that all the barracks have been abandoned. A light goes on in one of the houses and out walks Christian Shephard. Sun asks where Jin is. Christian brings them inside the house and takes a photo off the wall from 1977. It's the DHARMA orientation group photo with everyone in it. Christian tells her she has a long journey ahead.
