Synopsis:
Desmond explains to Locke, Jack, and Kate how he got to the island and the importance of entering a sequence of numbers into the old computer he uses. Jack does not believe him while Locke wants to take a leap of faith. But it is revealed Locke was not always so ready to believe blindly in things as he flashed back to a relationship with a woman who helped him get over his father issues. Meanwhile, Sawyer, Michael, and Jin are captured, assuming its by the Others. They meet the mysterious Ana Lucia, a fellow survivor from flight 815 who is thrown into the cage with them. She betrays them after getting Sawyer's gun revealing herself to be one of the captors but it throws into question if these are really the Others or a group of fellow survivors who have taken a different tact to survive the ordeal.
