Fanny Dorrit worries having Mrs. General as a stepmother. She starts a relationship with Edmund Sparkler. Mrs. Gowan worries about Pet's reputation and goes to Venice to be with her. Arthur comes home to visit his mother and finds Rigaud in his home. When Rigaud disappears Mrs. Clennam is under suspicion. Fanny marries Sparkler. Arthur enlists help to find Rigaud in order to clear his mother's name.
