Synopsis:
LA cop Eddie Sutton wants to move his family into a house of their own. Unfortunately, the house is in Lincoln Heights, a tought inner city neighborhood. It's also where Eddie grew up. Even though they renovate the house to make it feel like a home, all of the Suttons have problems adjusting. The kids are tormented in school. The house is robbed. A kid from the neighborhood named Donelle challenges Eddie's authority. A hold up at a neighborhood store ends with Donelle being killed.
