Synopsis:
A food bank deliveryman is found buried, up to his neck, in a backyard. Also, flower petals were placed around the deliveryman's head, making him look like a large flower. The death leads Crews and Reese to believe the death is connected to a cult, a long dead serial killer and his remaining family. Meanwhile, after Crews ignores the FBI and confronts Mickey Rayborn, Ted gets framed and arrested in retaliation. The FBI demands Crews work under cover for them against Rayborn or Ted will pay the consequences.
