Synopsis:
Luke Friendly finds himself alone in New York City when his brother disappears and is then found murdered. The case leads Lieutenant Anita Van Buren and Detectives Lupo and Bernard to the leader of the boy's church, Landon Wyatt, who is looking for his teenage runaway wife, Michelle Landon. The Detectives discover a romantic relationship between Michelle Landon and the victim. Executive Assistant D.A. Michael Cutter and Assistant D.A. Connie Rubirosa, fight to defend Michelle's wishes to remain free from her husband, in addition to bringing Caleb's murderer to justice.
