Synopsis:
Carly DiGrappa, a war widow who may or may not have a grudge against the Army, is found unconscious in an Army Recruitment Center beside her lifeless newborn after an explosion. Detectives Lupo and Bernard search for the bomber but come across Megaphone Bob, the leader of a war protest, a group that includes Charles Cavell, whose sister died in the war in Iraq. ADA's Michael Cutter and Connie Rubirosa face complications with some potentially compromised evidence, reasonable doubt and public sentiment. Later, DA Jack McCoy is forced to make a very unpopular decision.
