Law & Order: The Troubles

When a gun and drug dealer is killed in transport with an IRA and a Cuban prisoner, the case is barely kept from becoming federal. The international suspects also make it more difficult to prosecute and with the terrorist ties, the safety of the proceedings comes into question.
