L.A. Law: Season 4

1989 - 1990

Synopsis:
A dramatic series depicting the lives and loves of a group of ambitious attorneys at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm. Kelsey and Markowitz have a child of their very own in the fourth season while the rest of the firm experiences much upheaval. McKenzie leaves his post as senior partner and is replaced with Rosalind Shays, who brings in more revenue and clients. McKenzie soon regrets leaving his post and attempts to overthrow her position, but lacks backing from his associates. Sifuentes has diffculty comforting his girlfriend after she incurs a rape attack. Becker leaves the firm momentarily, but is lured back only to encounter a marriage proposal from a client, which he accepts. Van Owen wades through her new post as a judge, but her unconventional sentencing comes under question by her superiors. Meanwhile, Benny and his mentally handicapped girlfriend try to consummate their relationship.
