Synopsis:
Principal Moss and the rest of the middle school teachers must have students pass standardized tests or lose their jobs. Principal Moss has the "special needs" kids evaluated, and encourages them to throw the evaluations. Bobby is falsely identified as "special" and is put in a class where he does not have to do homework and doesn't have to take the tests, but Principal Moss' plan backfires.
