At the office, Maya struggles to hold her own with co-workers Nina Van Horn, a pretentious ex-model who is the beauty and fashion editor; in-house fashion photographer Elliott DiMauro, Maya's former beau; and her father's power-crazy right-hand man, Dennis Finch.
