An unsuspecting pedestrian becomes "Mr. Fix-It" in the park; a man falls asleep on a parking meter, making it impossible to put money in; a construction worker knocks a police officer out during a traffic stop; a dog seems to be stuck inside a mailbox and a beekeeper drops his imaginary bees in the park, sending everyone running for their lives.
