TLC may have kicked Jon Gosselin to the curb, but the increasingly delusional father of eight isn't taking it lying down.
Gosselin has fired back at the network through his attorney by filing a cease-and-desist and attempting to shut down production of the show, which was recently re-named Kate Plus Eight. The father has banned filming at the Pennsylvania home he still owns with his estranged wife, claiming it's hurting his family.
It appears to have worked, for now: TLC says "filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents."
The network goes on to publicly label Gosselin's behavior as "erratic, self-destructive and unprofessional." Ya think? Gosselin's going on Larry King Live tonight to talk about himself more, but does anyone want to hear it? He's starting to rival Speidi in perceived self-importance.
