Jon Gosselin has been told to repay $180,000 he took from his joint bank account with Kate. Can a judge please order him to GO AWAY as well?

It's the latest development in the ongoing and increasingly ugly (and annoying) battle between estranged exes Jon and Kate Gosselin, a drama that has moved beyond TLC's reality show Kate Plus Eight and into daily tabloid headlines.

The deadbeat dad is required to return the money by Oct. 26. Kate said in a statement that she looks forward to resolving the rest of the matter privately, to which we say: You wish. Actually, we wish.
