Synopsis:
A parentless child and poorly treated by the wife of her late uncle, Jane Eyre is sent off to an orphanage. She survives the ordeal, gets an education and eventually becomes a governess hired by the wealthy Mr. Rochester. They fall in love but unforeseen circumstances keep them apart.
