Attractive, tough defense attorney Stacey Keane, who has successfully defended rapists in the past, is raped by a colleague from the DA's office. She accidentally kills him in self defense and finds herself being blackmailed by a witness to the attack. Things become even more complicated when her boyfriend, police detective Richard Younger, is assigned to the case.
