Oops, How I Met Your Mother has done it again.
After its headline-grabbing stunt of recruiting Britney Spears as a guest star, the CBS comedy is now courting Heidi and Spencer of The Hills. Series co-creator Craig Thomas has confirmed that the infamous reality couple will appear on How I Met Your Mother, playing themselves.
Seriously, are ratings that bad?
Anyone who watches The Hills knows Heidi and Spencer can't act, despite Heidi's best attempts to act drunk ("I'm sooo wasted!") or show emotion. And watching the villainous Spencer practically twirl an imaginary mustache on The Hills is painful. Painful!
Heidi and Spencer are reportedly filming their scenes this week, and the episode is set to air in January.
